Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
